Below is the start step for all dishes preparation:     1. Drain the liquid and rinse 2 or 3 times with clear water.   2. Toss in hot water for 1 minute   3. Then it is ready for any following steps.     It is suitable for cool dishes. Cut some cucumber, carrot strips, some coriander; add Soy Sauce, vinegar, salt or any sauce and stir with cooked shirataki noodles. That’s finish! So easy! Like hot? Add Wasabi paste. Everything is perfect!   Hot dishes like soup, stew, stir-fry, all is ok.     Storage:   room temperature: 0 degree centigrade to 40 degree centigrade.
